Funciones

- Community management duties regarding the company's social media platforms.  

- Track and report any distinctive and/or important releases outside the company's channels.

- Work as a team with several other page managers from internal departments.  

- Monitor social media interactions and activities of internal clients.

- Identify possible key influencers to increase social media content.  

- Support contact center agents by attending to customer's needs or doubts on different social media platforms and maintain the social media database up to date.

- Enhance best practices as part of the flagship site and remote social media training of contact center agents. 

- Create adequate content with the help of internal partners to improve the company's presence on social media.

Requisitos

- Native level of German

- Fluent level of English

- Experience working in community management with relevant tools is required

- Passionate about social media and content creation

- Excellent communications skills, both in writing and speaking. 

- Great capacity to handle a high level of responsibility and able to work independently.
