Welcome to the Worldwide Customer Support Team for Software Licenses !

We do work 24 X 7, 365, therefore we ask candidates to be flexible to work in rotation shifts day, evening and night and also be willing to work during Weekends / Bank Holidays.

Your areas of responsibilities include:
- Software key management and entitlement verification
- Website guidance
- Web monitoring support

Requisitos

Skills Required:

- You manage English fluently (both spoken and written), German or other languages such as French would be a plus
- You have strong communications skills
- You are a strong team player
- You can and like multitasking and work efficiently with tight deadlines
- You have a positive attitude towards flexible working hours
- Your are self driven and able to work independently
- You are able to understand and comply with high quality standards
