Funciones

Online distributor of outdoor furniture and equipment. We are looking for a young and motivated person to join our Customer Service team in Barcelona and participate in exciting projects in an international environment with high expectations for growth. Description

Commercial relationship with our customers:

 * You will be the first point of contact for any customer care related request and will have daily interaction with our customers by email and on the phone.

 * You will have to understand our customers' needs to offer them the best-suited solution meeting the company strategy and the country-specific processes. Throwing money at a problem does not make it go away - care, ownership and attention are what matters.

 * Being smart when you're speaking to customers creates a seamless experience. There isn't always one way to solve a problem.

 * You will take part in commercial decisions that have a strong impact on our sales and you will deal with our delivery partners.

Sales administration:

 * You will administrate the daily sales on our website and on different marketplaces (Amazon, ManoMano, eBay…). You will suggest improvements that will positively impact sales and processes efficiency.

 * You will contribute to the team efforts to meet objectives and maximize sales.

 After sales service:

 * As part of our inside Customer Service team, you will be highly motivated to deliver functionally excellent customer service for our UK subsidiary.

 * You will collaborate closely with our partners from the warehouse, learn the way after sales work and optimize reverse logistics processes (manage returns, stock movements, send spare parts to customers, update and enliven our secondhand inventory and sales).

Cross-functional projects:

 * Our business is subject to a marked seasonality and our highest peak of work is from March to August. During high season your main responsibilities will be related to customer service tasks (front and back office).

 * When the business slows down you will have the time to develop a personal project that suits your profile. We have exciting projects in the following areas: processes improvements, training dynamics, e-reputations, social networking and brand awareness, SEO and partnerships, lead generation tools, promote and develop partnerships, loyalty programs, marketplaces development, second-hand sales, product quality operations, content translation and optimization…

 * You will work daily with the UK Country Manager. You will be trained to be able to accomplish your daily tasks and you will be able to learn from our friends who work on the Spanish and Portuguese markets.

 * You will be part of a young and dynamic team currently in expansion where you will perform multiple tasks related to customer support and online sales.

 * We seek a proactive and decisive professional, with initiative and get used to working under pressure.


Profile

* Previous experience in customer service support, preferably in e-commerce company

 * Native English with an excellent level writing and speaking communication skills. Fluent in Spanish and basic level in French highly appreciated. Portuguese, Italian and German are bonuses

 * Bachelor's Degree

 * High attention to detail as well as excellent organizational and time management skills

 * Used to work under pressure, with peak workloads and multitasking

 * Problem-solving ability,organization and attention to detail, customer empathy and assertiveness. Well organized and able to prioritize

 * Results-focused,metrics-driven and constant improvement mentality


Job Offer

* Full-time permanent contract 40 hours from Monday to Friday (9am-2pm / 3pm-6pm).
