IMAN Temporing is seeking for a Customer Service, to join the multicultural team of one of our clients - a leading global supplier in the areas of Mobility, Monitoring, and Customer Experience.

As a Customer Service Representative your daily responsibilities will be: 
- Providing Concierge Services to clients
- Track Stolen Vehicles
- Emergency Calls Response
- Coordinate Roadside Assistance for drivers

What we offer you: 
- A full-time job of 39 hours per week
- Possibility to work from home
- 2 options Schedule: 08 - 16h or 16 - 00:00h Monday to Sunday with 2 rotative days off
- Salary: 18.072,01? + bonus (up to 60?/month, after the 6th month) + work from home (24? per month)

Requisitos

Requirements:

- Native level of Deutsch
- Advanced level of English (C1)
- At least 1 year experience in Customer Service
- Candidates must be available to work full-time in Barcelona, have a NIE and a Social Security Number
