IMAN Temporing is seeking for a Customer Service, to join the multicultural team of one of our clients - a leading global supplier in the areas of Mobility, Monitoring, and Customer Experience.

As a Customer Service Representative your daily responsibilities will be:
- Providing Concierge Services to clients
- Track Stolen Vehicles
- Emergency Calls Response
- Coordinate Roadside Assistance for drivers

What we offer you:

- Schedule: 08:00 - 16:00 (EN position) and 00:00 - 08:00 (FR position) MON-SUN  39Hrs per week with two rotative days off 
- Possibility to work from home
- 4-month temporary contract, then possibility of incorporation to staff
- Salary: 17.923,93 gross per year + Plus language per month+ Plus Telework of 36.6 gross per month + Plus mobility variable up to €60 gross per month.

Requisitos

Requirements:
- Native level of English
- Native level of French
· Candidates must be available to assist to a selective training in the next few days
- At least 1 year experience in Customer Service. 
- Candidates must be available to work full-time in Barcelona, Madrid, Vigo or Ourense, have a NIE and a Social Security Number
