UK Customer Service with native level of English and fluent Spanish! We are recruiting an experienced Customer Service Representative with a bilingual level of English and a high level of Spanish for our client based in Barcelona.


Description

Your responsibilities:

 * Attending inbound calls and emails from customers
 * Handling new incoming reclaims and making sure that they are handled accordingly
 * Management of administrative tasks
 * Providing great customer service quality


Profile

Your profile:

 * Bilingual English and fluency in Spanish for the Customer Service and Commercial Department
 * Experience with Microsoft Office
 * Previous experience in a customer serving environment and in best case related to financial services
 * Responsible with communicative personality and confidence
