IMAN Temporing is seeking for a Customer Service, to join the multicultural team of one of our clients - a leading global supplier in the areas of Mobility, Monitoring, and Customer Experience.

As a Customer Service Representative your daily responsibilities will be: 
- Providing Concierge Services to clients
- Track Stolen Vehicles
- Emergency Calls Response
- Coordinate Roadside Assistance for drivers

What we offer you: 
- A full-time job of 39 hours per week
- Possibility to work from home
- Schedule: 08:00-16:00h or 16:00-00:00h or 00:00-08:00h Monday to Sunday with 2 rotative days off
- Salary: 17737,06? gross/year + bonus (up to 60?/month, after the 6th month) + Plus Telework 24? gross/month

Requisitos

- Native level of French
- Advanced level of English (C1)
- At least 1 year experience in Customer Service
- Candidates must be available to assist to an online selective training from 19th to 21st July 2022
- Candidates must have a NIE and a Social Security Number
