From Iman Madrid we are looking for a Call Center Agents with Native German language for an important multinational company. You will be working as a Customer Service representative attending all the customers and suppliers needs and providing them information.

Some of your daily responsabilities will be:

- Provide information to the clients and answer to all claims, concerns and quetions.


What do we offer?

A full time job (39 hours/week)

Long-term contract, initial contract will be trough a temporary employment agency (ETT)

Incorporation is foreseen for next month - you will be fully WORKING FROM HOME

Salary according to the Contact Center Agreement wich would be around 16K - 17K euros per year

Requisitos

- Native German+ C1 English level

- Good communication

- Previous work experience in Customer Service
