We are recruiting customer service agents for a leading global industrial company. 

As a Customer Service Specialist your main functions will be:
? Provide phone and email support to clients in a confident, friendly manner.
? Respond to end-user calls for general product support.
? Make decisions on warranty per company guidelines.
? Document cases in a CRM. 

What we offer you:

- Job located in Barcelona city.
- A full-time job of 39 hours per week.
· Work Monday to Friday 10:00 - 19:00h.
- Salary: 17067'16?/year + Bonus Productivity (1080?/year that is charged only after month 6).

Requisitos

What we value:
· Native level of Portuguese and advanced level of English (C1) (if you speak Spanish it will also be valued)
· Candidates must be available to assist to a selective training from 2nd to 4th February 2022
· Previous experience in customer service
· Candidates must be available to work full-time in Barcelona, have a NIE and a Social Security Number.
