Funciones

Order-management

- Perform excellent & pro-active order-management with your Key Accounts team. Ensure a clean order-book which is managed pro-actively, ensure on time call-off’s (contracts, follow up with Sales on time to deliver. Track and maintain orders; analyze & interpret system generated reports (ie BW reporting). 
- Resolve credit issues, returns, minimize back orders , manage the remaining to zero through liaising with your counterparts within Finance and Sales. Ensure policies & procedures such as cancellations, returns, are in place and followed up by all relevant key stakeholders (ie. CS, Sales, Finance)
- Ensure accurate, on-time, full delivery of our products to the Key Accounts. Ensure a delivery performance review is developed and managed in order to communicate our performance internally & externally and deliver actions when performance is below the 95%

Phone coverage – as and when required

- Ensure excellent phone coverage of 98% (answered calls), abandoned calls less than 2% (not answered calls)

Account- management

- Build and maintain an excellent relationship with the Key Accounts, ensure an active communication flow with the Key account team. Instigate Monthly – account meetings in which we discuss our performance with our priority Key accounts and identify actions and priorities in order to improve our efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify and solve account issues related to product, orders and deliveries, in agreed lead-times (2-3 days)


Reporting and Business analysis

Monitor data integrity and lead the on- going validation process (order book, Customer data etc.)

Requisitos

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position

Se ofrece

- Contract: around 6 months
- Salary: 22.000 b/a
- Place: Parque Empresarial Avalon (Metro Simanca)
- Timetable: M - F (9.00 to 18.00)
