* Answering Inbound calls of Dutch/Belgium clients with a repair request for appliances.
 * The Agent should have a strong commercial profile, capable of making sales and hitting targets.
 * Adding to this, the Agent should also be responsible for the Customer Service and claim handling of our services.
 * Registration of client´s details and information
 * Making sales and offering extended warranties to the clients
 * Booking repairs and appointments for the clients.


Perfil del candidato

* Dutch/Belgium bilingual speaker
 * High level of English
 * Desirable a fluent Spanish Level
 * Competent in the use of Microsoft packages. AS400 desirable.
 * Able to effectively communicate to customers.
 * Dynamic, rigorous, diplomatic and highly communicative. Easy adaptable to different partners.
 * Teamwork, proactive and excellent customer service skills.
