Funciones

You working alongside both the Product Team and the Sales Team.

Key tasks you will be involved with are:
Client relationship management
Planning and execution of successful delivery of our product to our clients, including training planning
Set clients up for long term success with FollowApp
Engage in day-to-day communications with clients to ensure successful uptake and maintenance of our technology with our clients 
Work closely with Product and Sales teams to quickly onboard clients, design data solutions and surface issues before they become real problems
Proactively identify onboarding process improvements
Strategically leverage customer feedback to influence the product roadmap

Other tasks:
Product development and design process for the next version of our product (!!)
Assist with organisation of product timeline and planning
Ad hoc tasks

Requisitos

Ideally you are a person who…

Has a bachelor degree 
Is ambitious and motivated (absolute key within a startup, which is a nice transition to the next point…)
Enjoys working in a startup environment
Is tech-savy and quick at understanding our technology, particularly healthcare technology 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented and highly organised (problem solver)
Self-starter who thrives under ambiguity in a fast-paced, deadline oriented startup environment

The location 
Located conveniently in East Central London, right by Liverpool St station, we are in a co-working space (WeWork) where unlimited coffees, biscuits, and beer are just some of the perks!

This will be a position available from July, 2019.
