- Proactively manage multiple client relationships with a focus on quality of relationships, adoption, retention, knowledge updates and satisfaction. - Service and support our existing client base - Own overall relationship with clients during the entire lifecycle of their onboarding, implementation and engagement processes through close partnership with the marketing team. - Help clients measure their success and ROI - Maintain excellent knowledge of product portfolio in order to better understand the customer's needs. - Educate clients on both new and existing product offerings - Manage and lead the evolution of all customer retention activities. - Spearhead efforts and initiatives to anticipate and track client renewals of all existing clients. - Strategically incorporate customer feedback into the platform by collaborating with product stakeholder for that - Lead technical customer implementations as needed - Proactively identify and lead team process improvements - Take initiatives in customer satisfaction via process improvement plans and efficient reporting and flow of information. - Coordinate and prepare for client visits and presentations - Meet/Exceed defined customer satisfaction goals as measured by KPIs
- Be passionate about making this world a better place and eager to work in a fast-paced international environment where we foster learning by doing - Hold 3-5 years experience in a customer facing role - Hold 2+ years in a B2B industry - Hold a Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent - Carry a very positive, problem-solving attitude - Ensure an excellent track record of KPI accomplishment - Be highly creative, with an extraordinary ability to overcome challenges with innovative solutions - Take pride in delivering world class customer service - Be able to successfully interact with executive level customers and decision makers - Be able to strongly influence without direct authority - Hold strong project management, planning and organizational skills
