Funciones

Our client is a multinational company in automotive industry we are looking for Spanish OR German Customer Success Managers


Description

* Improve customer relationships, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions, and promote products.

 * Prioritize and deliver an excellent Account management experience to clients and partners

 * Play a key role in the recurring revenue of current customers.

 * Make sure the B2B customers are happy with both the service and the product from a bigger picture

 * Manage customer inquiries by phone, e-mail or face-to-face meetings.

 * Collaborate with Specialists, Engineers, and Product team members on new feature development.

 * Provide strategic and consultative advice and help solve technical issues by working with a large number of businesses from our market.


Profile

* Experience or interest in business development, customer support, account management, marketing or consulting.

 * Demonstrated experience with troubleshooting or resolving customers queries.

 

 *  Knowledge of Spain OR German markets 

 * Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.

 * Ability to lead and/or motivate others around you, self-motivated.

 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 

 * Native in Spanish OR German with excellent level of English
