Funciones

Main responsibilities:

- Reception of calls, response of requests and / or requests by electronic mail and / or calls.
- Register of incidents and data entry in the CRM system, update and maintain the databases.
- Contribute to the satisfaction of customers who consult or make after-sales requests
- Helping and giving support to all processes and operational tasks of different departments (sales, financial, admin ...)

Requisitos

- Mandatory native level of English + Valuable other european languages
- Good level of Excel
- International experience is a plus
- Flexible, resourceful and able to multi-task while establishing priorities and providing solutions
- Proactive, dynamic, with positive attitude and team spirit
- Goal oriented with great communication and relational skills
