Funciones

Job description: 

Do you speak Slovenian native? Do you speak advanced English? Do you have customer service experience? Than this job offer is perfect for you!

As a customer support advisor for a prestigious travel company, you will oversee the understanding as well as identifying the customer needs.

You will be listening, responding, and mediating between our international travellers and suppliers all over the world, always ensuring a high level of customer service.

Clarifying inquiries about service, payment, and technical requirements, providing accurate information, and following a set of process´s, via email and phone. 

 What we offer:



• 39h/week contract (Monday to Sunday) with fixed working hours.

• Weekends: Two weekends off per month and two days off in the middle of the week either prior to the week working Monday to Sunday or the week after.

• Available Shift: 09:00 -20:00 (rotative) 

– Rotative hours start time: between 9am and 12pm, finishing after 7h48 work. (9am-20pm) - full week with the same shift. - schedule with a month in advance.

• Starting with a Temporary Contract (probation period) that will evolve into a Permanent contract for a long term based on performance.

Requisitos

Job requirements:

 Slovenian Native and Good Level of English

• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills both written and spoken.

• User friendly PC skills: Office 365, CRM Database, and other internal platforms.

• Goal-oriented and self-assertive.

• Problem Solver

• Affinity with travel platforms

• Experience within customer service/call centre environments is valued.?

• Hybrid Model: Able to work from the office and from home (within 100km from Glories metro station)

• Obligatory studies finished: According to the legislation in Spain, a Document to prove it will be Mandatory to be able to hire you. Meaning Obligatory studies as: undervisningspligt. Any higher studies title will be an added value.
