As a Customer Support Agent your responsibilities include:
- Handle inbound telephone call orders for customers, with high emphasis on quality customer service and professionalism
- Ensure all orders including those received by fax or email are entered on to CRM efficiently and accurately with a minimal loss of calls and delivery failures
- Apply the contract review process when dealing with a customer order and optimize deliveries
- Ensure that for every customer contact an interaction record is raised
- Handle customer queries/customer complaints and investigate causes and escalate to management
- React to changes in resource (drivers & equipment) and customer demand following clear guidelines and procedures
- Be the first point of contact for handling “Emergency Response” within office hours

Requisitos

Key Languages:
- Native (close-to-native) level of Dutch
- Advanced level of French or German
- Advanced level of English

Core Skills/Experience:
- Experience working in customer care, preferably in logistics/transportation/supply chain management
- Good geographical knowledge
- Excellent PC skills – knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Able to prioritize tasks
- Analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
