¿Are you looking for a new professional challenge within the tourism industry? ¿Would you like to join an international company located downtown Barcelona?

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent with French to serve as customers- first point of contact via phone, e-service and/or other media for support related requests to GDS local products, services and solutions, with the key focus on achieving high standards in first contact resolution within the French speaking markets.

Some of your main duties and responsibilities are:

- Primarily provide high first contact resolution to an agreed set of GDS to be measured in line with performance indicators. Utilize full product knowledge and problem resolution skills, identify when own knowledge has been exhausted and appropriate escalation of the problem should be made.
- Log all cases in the appropriate GDS tool and assure correct and comprehensive data to enable meaningful reports and analysis.
- Quickly understand customer needs and impact. 
- Apply solutions by using knowledge base and guide customers through our portal to increase customer usage and adoption. 
- Ensure an efficient and qualitative case handling by following the defined support process and tools.
- Liaise and work well with other support teams and departments.
- Provide and maintain information and knowledge that is easily understood and accessible.

The company is well communicated with the city center. You will work in accessible facilities (Sarrià - Sant Gervasi); you can get there by public transport.

This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. You are going to be trained since the very first day, so you can acquire all the needed knowledge. The paid training lasts two months and takes place at workplace.

We offer: 

- Stable company with international environment.
- Starting date: September.
- 2-month training: Monday to Friday.
- Schedule Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
- Central work location in Barcelona. 
- Direct hire.
- Gross annual salary of 21.000€- 25.000€

Requisitos

Se requiere FP Grado Superior y Al menos 2 años de experiencia

-	2 to 4 years in similar positions.
-	Tourism studies or similar. 
-	Working language in French. 
-	English or Spanish will be a plus.
