Funciones

German Speakers! We are looking for a Technical Support EMEA for a Shared Services Centre in Cornellà (Barcelona).

The Technical Support Specialties EMEA will be the company link with the Supplier for all enquiries regarding the product literature, product stewardship information and application knowledge. His/Her primary function is to support the sales team in profitably growing their product lines with a special focus in Specialties. This is done by establishing the company as a credible and fast technical resource, identifying opportunities to uniquely address customer needs, and enabling the organisation to set value.

 * Handling technical requests, coming from the Company commercial organisation.
 * Educating the Company salesforce where to find all technical information they need.
 * Being the interface between the salesforce and the suppliers.
 * Direct contact with suppliers to update internal related database with material related regulatory overviews.
 * Handle risk assessments; assess customer's submissions and follow up approval process with their suppliers for Healthcare applications and update their internal database.
 * Participate on TechConnect database platform development and procedure's establishment.
 * Performs other duties as assigned.

Requisitos

 * Bachelor of Business Administration or related fields.
 * Technical / Plastics background is a plus.
 * Fluent in German and English with excellent communication skills. Any additional EU Language would be an asset.
 * Excellent communication skills (phone, writing) with the ability to establish rapport with both suppliers and internal customers.
 * Must have the ability to organise and set priorities to meet deadlines, influence others, work cross functionally across all department is required.
 * Interested in structured procedures.
 * Experience with MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, OneNote) is required.

Se ofrece

6 months temporary contract with possibility of permanent incorporation.
