Funciones

Assistant and Support for Customer Service/Touch activities for Large Format Markets and 3D, within the research and development department of an important multination in Sant Cugat del Valles (Barcelona). 
Where the main mission is contact with clients and potential clients to participate in research and development activities of large format and 3D printers and elaboration of interview agendas for Product Managers.

Focus:
-Research and Recruitment of Customers and potencial customers (by phone), in accordance with the profile specifications required by the diferent project and Business inside the company(Large Format or 3D),

Main tasks include: 
-Research of Customers who meet the profile required to fulfill projects needs. 
-Work with internal stakeholders to formulate a clear project plan definition, including: recruitment, coordination and set up of customer interactions following different methodologies
-Manage and have updated customers Database. 
-Support market research (data analysis, charting and writing of the study)
-Support events CustomerT department (management, coordination and development)
-Able to follow administrative processes.

Requisitos

- A Team worker eager to embrace continuous improvement.
- Able to build strong relationships with customers and potential customers by phone.
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
- Collaboration and relational skills
- Native English (able to understand different English accents).
- Bilingual Spanish.
- Excellent management of Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)
- Experience in selling products and / or conducting telephone surveys will be valued.

Se ofrece

26.000€ annual gross salary
Weekly schedule: 9:00-13:00 and 14:00-18:00 (Monday to Friday)
