At Manpower, we are recruiting a Customer Service Coordinator for an international company that manages maintenance services for retail stores across Europe.
• Support Danish or Norwegian customers by phone, email and chat.
• Register and manage maintenance requests through a ticketing platform.
• Coordinate technicians and external service providers.
• Follow up on incidents until they are fully resolved.
• Manage maintenance requests for a portfolio of retail stores.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers and internal departments.
• Prioritise urgent requests and keep customers informed.

Requisitos

• Native or C1 level of Danish or Norwegian.
• Good level of English or Spanish for internal communication.
• Previous experience in customer service, administration, coordination, back office or incident management.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Confidence managing several requests and priorities simultaneously.
• Availability to work 100% on- site in Vilassar de Mar.
• Availability to participate in rotating on- call duties.
Previous experience in facilities management or maintenance services is valued but not essential.

Se ofrece

Permanent contract directly with the hiring company.
Salary between €24,000 and €30,000 gross per year.
The final salary will be determined according to relevant experience, autonomy and overall suitability for the position.
Salary expectations will be discussed and aligned before the company interview.
• Additional bonus, subject to the company’s bonus scheme.
• Working hours from 08:00 to 17:00 or from 09:00 to 18:00.
• Rotating on- call duties.
• Initial training and ongoing support.
• Expected start date: second week of August.
