Funciones

Securitas Seguridad needs to incorporate a Data & Compliance Support in Madrid:

Functions:

Supporting data and document collection from local management (site leads) via management of the ticketing system.
Verify the accuracy of data and documents being submitted into the database and provide feedback, support to site leads where required.
Manually enter data into the master database via a bespoke Windows Application.
Communicate new processes and policies to site leads.
Conduct regular meetings with site leads to ensure compliance and prepare reporting for the client.
Conduct audits to ensure compliance with regional and local regulations and contractual requirements.
Provide evidence, data and supporting information at regular intervals to ensure the account is meeting contractual obligations and raise potential issues in a timely manner so that they can be rectified.
Assist the Data & Compliance team with any tasks that have been assigned to them as part of their duties.
In addition to playing a role on the Data & Compliance Team roster, provide assistance as necessary.

Experiencia mínima
Al menos 2 años

Requisitos mínimos
Knowledge - Essential: Ability to speak, read, write and understand English plus another European language; Strong IT knowledge; Experience using Python; Experience using SQL.

Experience - Essential: Corporate security experience.

Others: Ability to work in the office 3 days a week and from a location of your choice 2 days a week; Ability to travel when necessary; Flexible availability to support multiple time zones. Reside in Madrid.

Requisitos deseados
Education - Desirable: Relevant security licence; First Aid & Fire Marshal certifications.

Knowledge - Desirable: Experience using BI tools like (Power BI, QuickSight ...); Experience using cloud tools like (Azure, AWS or Google Cloud).

Experience - Desirable: Experience within the security industry.
