Funciones

The Institutional Effectiveness Data Coordinator will work as part of a larger team at IE University. He/she will assist the Data Officer in collecting, cleaning, processing, and interpreting data, presenting reports for internal and external evaluations, and help support and strengthen data-driven decisions for the different strategies of the University. The mission of Institutional Effectiveness and Achievement (IEA) is to design, support, and facilitate a culture of continuous improvement. Key Action Areas The Institutional Effectiveness Data Coordinator reports directly to the Data Officer of the Institutional Effectiveness and Achievement unit. The Institutional Effectiveness Data Coordinator will use data collection systems (survey tools, web searches) to prepare relevant ranking data for IE University programs featured in external evaluations. He/she will support data collection processes for every ranking. Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources. Creating and maintaining databases, ensuring data integrity and normalization of the different variables. Perform data cleaning when reviewing survey results and ranking-related data, prioritize business and information needs, and optimize efficiency and data quality. Provide ongoing reports on ranking and other survey results. Help identify new KPIs: interpret trends and patterns in data to demonstrate their impact and identify new process improvement opportunities. The candidate will work with the engagement unit within the team to help support their different initiatives.

Requisitos

Qualifications Expertise Microsoft Office package, specifically Excel. Detail-oriented, analytical mindset: Able to think logically, organize work flows efficiently, and propose solutions to problems independently. Self-starter, motivated to learn and work as part of a multicultural team. Basic knowledge of CRM, survey tools and reporting packages (such as PowerBI) is an asset. Degree in quantitative discipline in science, business, or social science will be valued.
