Funciones

The candidate will supervise the collection and management of information and data of the research activity carried out by IE Research Professors according to IE's strategic objectives, specifically those highlighted by the Vice-Dean / Vice-Rectorate for Research, assuring the promotion, development, financing, and communication of this information. 

 

Key Action Areas 

Managing the daily activities of collection, treatment, validation, and dissemination of information and data on IE's research activity, for different departmental and institutional purposes (evaluations, rankings, official and private accreditations, etc.). 

Updating the indicators and measures of research activity, and the profile of IE researchers for the purposes of scientific dissemination, strategic planning, communication, and other aims of interest. 

 Managing the collection and validation of information on research activity, specifically targeted for the faculty evaluation process. 

Developing other special projects according to the needs of the department.

Requisitos

Requirements: 

Master’s Degree from a top university preferably in Business / Computer Science / Mathematics or similar that involves training in data management. 

Native or Bilingual English with a fluent level of Spanish 

Experience in the design and use of databases, and data management/processing software 

Advanced management of office applications (MS Office), especially Access and Excel 

Knowledge of SQL and Python programming languages.
