Funciones

The purpose of the role is to support the Legal and Compliance team to handle all data protection and compliance related topics in the European Region, coordinating the team and the action with external advisors where required.

* Work with cross-functional team to design, lead and support privacy related processes across the European business
 * Implement work-flow processes to optimise data protection team services
 * Providing advice on data protection regulatory and compliance matters.
 * Perform a gatekeeper role for processes such as client contract review, vendor risk assessments and data subject complaints, to be aligned with GDPR requirements.
 * Advise on client contract review, vendor risk assessments and data subject complaints in the EU and UK.
 * Support and control the implementation of GDPR Group policies.
 * Providing support to projects, training and knowledge initiatives related to the GDPR.
 * Reviewing and auditing local control environment for compliance matters.
 * Tracking and advise major regulatory changes and document recommendations to management
 * Managing a data protection specialist.
 * Coordinating interaction with other Page teams and stakeholders.
 * Regular liaison with the Data Protection Officer.
 * Work with the Information Security team to achieve alignment between security and privacy compliance programs including policies, practices and processes, where possible.


Perfil del candidato

* Proven experience in EU of at least 5 years in a multinational environment focus in GDPR implementation.
 * Ability to work professionally in English is required and knowledge of another EU language is desirable.
 * Strong team player.
 * Excellent written and oral communication and advocacy skills, with demonstrable experience of prioritising effectively and managing diverse and multiple requirements.
 * Ability to work in an informal matrix organisation.
 * Excellent organizational skills to structure the service.
 * Pro-active, hands-on and solutions driven approach.
 * Result focused driven individual who takes pride in a high quality of work.
