The Demand & Supply Planner manages the flow of supply to secure 100% stock availability and efficient inventory levels. Ensures alignment with the company's financial plans. Works closely with his/her peers in Red Bull to develop, implement and share best practices in alignment with PPL.

The candidate will be responsible for:

- Establish and manage inventory levels to ensure no out of stocks (manage OOS risk), inventory levels according to business plans and ensure healthy product age according to the quality guidelines. Alert in case of risks in inventory management and provide plan to reduce risks.

- Manage product transitions of new and phasing out Skus.

- Responsible for overall master data maintenance in systems associated with supply planning such as lead times, sourcing information, safety stocks, etc Goods movement entries in SAP/idoc's resolution.

- Ensures that global processes are executed according to the corporate governance and guidelines. Proactively design and improve local processes.

- Conduct regular business and performance reviews with Demand Planning, Sales and Operations, including participation in S&OP/IBP processes.

- Incorporate current and accurate market information that allows the company to correctly predict customer demand and provide its supply chain with the appropriate information to plan how to meet that customer demand.

- Refined systems, methods and processes with a what if mentality and forward thinking, to constantly improve forecasts to anticipate customer needs.


Perfil del candidato

The candidate: 

- Preferred Engineer degree, Masters degree in Supply Chain Business or related field.

- Fluency in English (verbal & written).

- At least 2-3 years of experience in similar role preferably in FMCG industry.
 
- Proven ability to conduct complex, quantitative and statistical analyses complimented with qualitative inputs from multiple sources to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
 
- Strong analytical capability and attention to detail and a think outside the box approach
 
- Comprehensive knowledge of retail accounts operations, forecasting technology, systems, market research data and supply chain management.
 
- Self-motivated team member who can drive solutions to issues using strong problem solving skills.
 
- Deep knowledge and experience in SAP - ERP & APO DP/SNP.
 
- Advanced MS office skills, especially Excel.
 
- APICS certification is a plus.
 
- Excellent communication skills (both presentation and training).
 
- Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment. Ability to multitask essential. Good time management
 
- Proactive, empathetic, patient, positive attitude
