Prepare the ingredients for Pizza.  
To get the pizza dough ready, grate cheese and slice and chop pizza toppings such as vegetables and meat.  
Also make fresh tomato sauces if necessary.  
Pizza chefs may also prepare ingredients for calzones, sandwiches, garlic bread and simple pasta dishes. 
Turns oven controls to regulate temperatures and to set time cycle for baking pizzas. 
Must ensure that the kitchen meets safety and health standards. 
Operate and monitor baking equipment and temperature to control appearance of products. 
Check and maintain the cleanliness of equipment and utensils to make sure health and safety regulations are met. 
Any other tasks as required by the Executive Chef updated by Cipriani Management from time to time.
