Multinational company seeks English bilingual speakers, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Customer Support Services or in a Business Support Function.


Descripción de la oferta

* Customer Service Tasks
 * Incoming and outgoing mail management
 * Reporting
 * Provide support to the Coordinator of the NewProyect
 * Join meetings and calls to discuss the steps for the project implementation
 * Create procedures of the new processes to have them documented


Perfil del candidato

* Excellent organizational and customer service skills

 * Excellent communications skills in English (written and spoken)

 * 3 years' experience in a business support function, preferably in a multicultural/commercial environmen.

 * Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced and highly demanding environment Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.

 * Capacity to interact efficiently with distant and multicultural teams.
 * Excellent IT skills including MS office


Oferta de empleo

* Sarlary: 1,600 euros/month
 * Temporary Contract (6 months)
 * Location: Madrid
 * Timetable: M-F (9H-16h)
