This position is responsible for creating engaging learning solutions for Global and Regional programmes at PG, designed to support our high-performance culture. You'll be a member of the Global Digital Learning team that designs, develops and delivers a high-quality learning experience to all employees. As a member of our team, you will experience what life is like in a fast paced and agile development environment as we develop content for new learning
 programmes, build on our digital learning platform, and implement technology solutions to continually improve the lives of our internal customers.

The main tasks you will be managing are as following:

 - Design and develop engaging and innovative digital learning solutions including eLearning, infographics, video, animation, interactive simulations, quizzes, etc. This role does not require creating the course plan; instead, you'll receive scripts and storyboards from our Instructional Design team and use Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud,
 Powtoon, Canva and other available tools to create the best learning experiences.
 - Support the localisation process by implementing translations in the existing global content.
 - Help develop our resource library by creating graphics/media which meet established guidelines (i.e. icons, templates, etc.).
 - Upload created content onto our Learning Management System and diligently store all project files into our SharePoint platform according to folder management guidelines.
 - Liaise with team members, Project Managers, Subject Matter Experts and key stakeholders, building strong relationships to ensure all learning objectives are met.
 - Be curious and keep informed of the latest developments and trends in the digital learning industry to drive innovation through new technologies and trends.
 - Deliver high quality learning solutions, following the established workflows and processes.


Perfil del candidato

- Two or more years of experience creating interactive learning solutions.
 - A degree in an associated field, such as Education or Graphic Design or demonstrated experience designing adult education digital content.
 - Experience with rapid authoring tools - Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, Powtoon, Canva, etc.
 - Experience in developing e-Learnings, infographics, videos, interactive simulations, animations, visual designs, style guides and prototypes.
 - Experience of developing gamified content would be a bonus!
 - Accessible portfolio of past work to demonstrate capability in project delivery, technical and creative digital learning content.
 - Ability to manage workload to meet objectives and tight deadlines.
 - Experience of managing global stakeholders in a demanding, high performance environment.
 - Must have the ability to build trust and credibility with excellent influencing skills and a collaborative approach.
 - Creative and lateral approach to problem solving.
 - Comfortable working alone and in a team environment.
 - Excellent language skills: fluent English. Any other language is a strong plus (Portuguese, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Mandarin, Japanese).
