We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Learning Experience Specialist to work with our Design and Delivery teams to ensure that our learning products and solutions are of the required high standards in terms of content, user experience and technical functionality. This role requires a learning experience background with a strategic approach to QA, with previous digital learning design and development experience plus excellent hands-on abilities. You'll be a member of the Global Digital Learning team that designs, develops and delivers a high-quality learning experience to all employees. As a member of our team, you will experience what life is like in a fast paced and agile development environment as we develop content for new learning programmes, build on our digital learning platform, and implement technology solutions to continually improve the lives of our internal customers.

The main tasks you will be managing are as following:

 * Strong knowledge of content user testing methodologies.
 * Experience in the quality control of training, web-based training is a plus.
 * Define and maintain QA resources to support the QA and QC processes.
 * Test courses technical functionality / compatibility across multiple browsers and digital platforms (e.g. PC and mobile).
 * Review text/graphics/audio/interactivity against original scripted content.
 * Test and validate of content, confirming their readiness for deployment in our learning platform(s).
 * Strong communication skills, verbal and written plus the ability to effectively communicate complex information clearly and simply.
 * Strong analytical, time management and organizational skills.
 * Accountable for carrying out the quality control processes within the project's learning development life-cycle including all quality assurance and testing process for our eLearning courses by:

 * Working with the Digital Learning Experience Specialists - Design & Development and Consultants, to ensure feedback on content is implemented correctly;
 * Working with the Design and Delivery teams to implement changes to the courses (i.e. Tracking, submitting and verification of all changes);
 * Managing multiple simultaneous QA requests, varying in size, complexity and type.
 * Maintaining records and tracking of QA performance and recommends improvements.


Perfil del candidato

* Solid verbal and written communication skills.
 * Technologically savvy, including a minimum of intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
 * Strong attention to detail, high quality standards, good customer focus.
 * Meticulous and diligent attributes
 * Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
 * Minimum 2 years' experience leading quality assurance projects.
 * Exhibit passion for adult and digital learning.
 * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
 * Previous experience with Articulate Storyline, SCORM, and/or any LMS would be a plus.
 * Fluent English both written and verbal is a must. Any other of the following languages is a real advantage: Italian, French, German, Portuguese, Mandarin, Japanese.
