Funciones

Digital Learning Manager for European Countries within PageSSC. The Digital Learning Manager is responsible for overseeing the digital innovation efforts in T&D and L&D of Page Group and developing a big-picture strategy to align the digital learning offerings around Europe. This includes needs analysis, design and delivery of learning & development tools and programs necessary to meet current and future employee, management and leadership needs. The Digital Manager will be responsible to blend the existing local training programs with the digital learning platform content to provide a European-wide unified learning journey, enabling all employees to a quicker access to knowledge through a wider offer of learning tools for all levels in the Company


Description

* Consult with the business to identify, design and implement learning and organisational digital development needs - current and future while considering global requirement for your work (need analysis)

 * Work with digital designer's team to develop an analytics-based approach to strategy development (internal vs. external capacity/skill analysis)

 * Collaborate with HR, T&D, Managers, MD's and other stakeholders to design and facilitate a variety of trainings, development and implementation of management tools and large scale change initiatives in regards to digitisation of L&D

 * Coach Managers for career development and leadership transitions in order to blend the acquired knowledge into everyday situations

 * Ensure all learning content is aligned Europe wide to create a unified vision, values and principles that underpin our commitment to internal development and the digitisation of it

 * Champion good learning practices and advancements in social and digital learning which can be applied to learning initiatives across Europe

 * Identify internal and external resources to support Learning & Development initiatives

 * Monitor (KPI's) and evaluate our learning curriculums in terms of learner experience and business impact, driving a culture of continuous improvement using digitisation

 * Identify and take opportunities to support adaptation of traditional resources to online versions across all design teams and wider Learning & Development functions


Profile

* Completed Bachelor or Master in Business management or relevant field

 * Minimum of 5 years work experience, ideally in a recruitment environment

 * Fluent in English, any other European language is an advantage

 * Strong MS Office skills and digital affinity

 * Willingness to travel 30% across Europe

 * Have strong communication skills and the ability to adjust to various eye levels

 * Present concepts with cross-functional teams explaining the purpose and rationale

 * Demonstrate sensitivity to cultural issues in different countries

 * Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for keeping up to date with the latest technology

 * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks at once and deliver high quality output in a timely and consistent manner

 * Strong internal consulting and influencing skills

 * excellent presentation, training and facilitation skills

 * The position will be ideally located in Barcelona
