The Role of the Digital Marketing Manager

At Four Seasons Hotel Madrid we are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager eager to join our team. This position will be based in Madrid, and will provide expertise to our Madrid and Mallorca properties. This position will develop and execute marketing strategies relating to digital performance, paid social, interactive and traditional media. Is a key player of the hotel’s/resort’s commercial team and provides support and direction while maintaining the presence of the hotel’s/resort’s, its features and products, based on Four Seasons brand standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manages the Hotel’s/Resort’s digital strategy with a proactive and creative approach to all digital and electronic marketing platforms.
Support Director of PR & Communication and agency partners with digital marketing strategies and tactics including SEO, PPC, paid social, email marketing (LMLM) and display advertising to ensure messaging and creative is aligned across all platforms
Work closely with digital media agencies for new campaigns implementation, budget allocation and reporting overall web and traffic performance across all platforms
Oversees and optimizes online and offline presence of Hotel/Resort including content and images on Four Seasons-owned channels (FS.com, Four Seasons App, Preferred Partner, Sales Resource, etc.), OTAs and partner websites, ensuring alignment with the Hotel’s/Resort’s positioning, business objectives, and storytelling.
Coordinate production of photo and video shoots at the hotel/resort.
Oversees the hotel’s/Resort’s digital content strategy and manages all paid social media campaigns, creating relevant and engaging content and increasing follower engagement. Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools. Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms.
Support Director of PR & Communications to develop integrated PR, social media and content programs which capitalize on unique and newsworthy stories as well as leveraging unexpected opportunities as they arise.

Requisitos

4 years of experience as a Digital and Paid Media Specialist or similar role, preferable from the Luxury space
Good Command of Analytics platforms; Adobe is a plus.
Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
Good understanding of social media KPIs
Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
Fluency in English and Spanish is a must, as well as having the valid work permit at the time of applying.
