Funciones

Responsible for global digital marketing strategy.

We are looking for a growth hacker with solid technical knowledge and a creative mindset. Your key responsabilities are: 
1. Search engine optimization (SEO) - you need to understand what SEO is really about. You will closely cooperate with a digital agency to establish and develop strategies, and later evaluate the performance.
2. Pay-per-click Advertising (PPC) - you will conceptualize and develop PPC campaigns.
3. eCommerce - you will be responsible for the implementation of an e-commerce module.
4. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) - optimizing the marketing channels and improving landing page conversion rates will be one of your daily tasks.
5. Data Analysis - only measurable results are valuable results. You should be proficient in analyzing marketing data and preparing monthly reports.
6. Content Marketing - you should be familiar with the process of content marketing and how to create content that is memorable, shareable, useful, and drives genuine engagement from interested audiences.
7. Social Media Marketing - ideally, you know how to grow high-quality followers and build engagement with a special focus on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
8. Website CMS - you should be proficient with Wordpress in order to be able to create new landing pages or update the existing ones independently. You need to have experience in working hand-in-hand with a web developer and understand the rules of both UX and UI design.
9. Digital PR - develop and increase online presence through high-quality backlink generation, press releases, guest posting, and other initiatives that elevate our status and brand exposure online.

Requisitos

 * English native or fully business proficient.
 * Experience in Email Marketing.
 * Web platforms: WordPress or similar.
 * SEO: best practices and mastery of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. 
 * Tech-savvy.
 * Experience of at least 5 years in Digital Marketing.
 * Knowledge and experience in Social Ads and Google campaigns.
 * Analysis and interpretation of indicators for the best optimization of campaigns.
 * German, Dutch or French would be a huge plus.
