Duties and responsibilities
* Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
* Manage and train the rest of the team 
* Stay up to date with latest technology and best practices in different countries
* Manage all digital marketing channels
* Measure ROI and KPIs
* Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
* Prepare and manage digital marketing budget
* Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
* Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
* Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
* Oversee all the company's social media accounts
* Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
* Build and inbound marketing plan
* Motivate digital marketing team to achieve goals
* Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
* Create integrated and cost effective digital strategies.
* Analyze customer and user data.
* Map out how digital assets will be optimized for business results.
* Define and action digital events.



* 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist or similar role in International Markets
* 5 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
* Deep knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
* In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
* Deep knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
* 5 years of hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software
* Critical thinker and problem-solving skills 
* Team player
* Basic knowledge of website design, html, search and social advertising, URL architecting, programmatic advertising, email marketing, and e-commerce
* Good time-management skills
* Great interpersonal and communication skills
* Understanding of web analytics.
* BSc degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field
* Fluent English and strong writing skills
* Presentation skills are a plus
