You will be tasked with leading a team of digital experts, each of them looking after the full digital & media strategy of one or more of our markets in the Continental Europe (CE) region. Your team will be responsible for ensuring that our vacancies get visibility with qualified candidates at the right cost, and that potential clients consider us for their recruitment needs. In your day-to-day, apart from managing the team, you are the go-to person for senior marketing and business stakeholders on all matters regarding digital strategy, media investments and website developments. You won't be alone in that mission. Within the broader Digital & Media team, you will be supported by specialists in digital media, analytics, SEO and website management, as well as a global media agency, in order to ensure the most effective delivery of the digital & media programme. Team Management: * Lead and manage a regional team of 7 digital specialists, ensuring they function as a high performing unit. * Deliver support to the team, with a strong emphasis on personal development and career progression. * Ensure the right balance of tasks among team members. Digital & Media Management: * Own and manage a 9m € media budget across 13 different markets in CE * Management of our existing recruitment media partners (job boards), closely following performance and identifying opportunities and optimizations * Create a step-change in our media strategy, harnessing the expertise of local agencies where appropriate, that beats traffic, conversion and revenue targets across B2C and B2B. * Contribute to the optimization of our owned media channels such as SEO * Collaborate closely with the website management team to deliver performance insights and contribute to the development with ideas and support on website projects Business Partnering: * Present, set and defend the strategy together with senior management in the local business * Build, maintain and leverage a strong network of key relationships to align marketing and digital initiatives. * Deliver regular reporting of the media program's performance to senior stakeholders with the support of a team analyst
The successful candidate is a digitally literate, pro-active marketing manager with passion for technology and new media, ready to advance their career in an innovative and international environment. The desired profile also includes: * 7+ years of relevant online marketing experience, of which a minimum of 2 managing a team. * Advanced knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics and PowerBI * Excellent oral and written command of the English language. Any other European language (notably German, French, Spanish, Italian or Dutch) is considered a plus * Strong analytical skills, focused and organized with attention to details * Able to work with numbers, with a proficient grasp of Excel * Degree in a marketing-related field
