sloggi® is going through exciting times for our Marketing Department in Madrid, Spain, we are searching for a highly motivated: Digital & PR Manager Iberia. The purpose of the Digital & PR Manager role is to design, develop and deliver digital marketing and PR strategies for Spain and Portugal based on business and consumer insights for the Sloggi portfolio. Reporting to Marketing Manager, this person will be developing and recommending the local digital and PR plans and executing effective communication and PR initiatives for both online and offline. Moreover will develop and monitor the digital and PR calendars and budget and tracking the actions results. Digital & PR Manager will be in regular and deep relationships with agencies, media and influencers in regards to key concepts launches, digital advertising, on-line trade marketing support, product data base management, etc. Roles & Responsibilities: • Designing, developing and driving Sloggi’s Strategic Digital Marketing & PR Plans and Processes for Iberia region • Managing social media channels in order to increase brand awareness • Leading internal and external agencies in development of the local digital marketing & PR campaigns, in collaboration with the marketing team to ensure perfect local execution across the country • Developing and implementing an operating system framework to ensure that the Digital Marketing & PR strategies and guiding principles of the Sloggi Business Unit are embedded and across, delivering one consistent Digital Marketing & PR framework aligned to target audience, brand KPIs, brand values, and positioning • Developing Digital marketing & PR concepts in order to provide consistent brand experience of Sloggi via translate situation analysis, commercial needs, brand equity study, consumer insight, digital trend to actionable insights that contribute to the localization of the global brand communication strategy
Key skills and experience required: • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related area • 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and PR management preferable in similar industry (female / beauty / apparel business) • Experience with strategies and concept development • Experience with high-calibre agency management and agency processes • Proactive personality with eyes always open on what’s happening around • Independent person, eager to learn new things • Exceptional written and verbal communication in English and Spanish, Portuguese would be great advantage
