For the sales team in Madrid we are currently looking for an energetic and charimastic sales person experienced in sales activites with systems integrators, installers and EPC companies.The role has strong client focus.

Your responsabilities will  be:

– Build relationships with the local representatives of our key strategic vendors 
– Proactively driving the introduction of new products, product categories and services within our organizations to maximize sales for new business opportunities
– Active engagement in product line maintenance and creation as well as market price level setting Identifying, developing and driving the implementation of training and sale programs to meet quantified internal and external demands 
– Develop account plans for existing accounts and execute the objectives quickly and clearly. Ensuring the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets and management based objectives that will be communicated from time to time. 
– Provide accurate and timely forecasts 
– Be able to report weekly performance to the leadership of specific accounts and opportunities. Furthermore, sales data, progress on incentives, new product releases, sales trending and all other key performance indicators should be monitored and managed on a pro-active and continual basis.


– University degree 
– At least 5 years of experience in a similiar position 
– Sales experience in Security and Fire Detection Sector
– Tecnical background in technology (networking) 
– High level of Office Programms especially Excel 
– Knowledge in SAP is highly valorable 
– Ability to work autonomously and meanwhile a good team player 
– Analitic mindset, objective oriented 
– Advance level of English.– Willing to travel
