Funciones

Lead the fleet organization to ensure the reliable provision of railway rolling stock in accordance with professional engineering and established safety standards while protecting the company personnel and assets from premature deterioration and loss through accident.

Ensure compliance with established company railway rolling stock standards and targets through programs that inform, educate, supervise and support a culture of compliance within the fleet organization. 

Establish and monitor performance of the Maintenance and Overhaul Policies and Plans for railway rolling stock. 

Manage the Asset Management System for Fleet vehicles.
Agree and deliver the financial plan for the Fleet function.

Requisitos

Academic Qualifications: 
Educated to a high standard with academic achievements up to degree level or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline 
Proven experience at working at the level of Senior Manager/Director. 
Full Driving license required. 
Experience in managing a complex railway business with competency in more than one key railway discipline is essential (i.e. Fleet, Infrastructure, Operations, Safety, Commercial).

Proven track record of effectively managing large and varied teams of people. 
Possession of previous international experience in the rail sector or similar is desirable.
