Reporting to the executive board, the selected candidate will have the mission of leading operational and economic management of the company and ensuring committed results and strategy established by the board, during construction, start of production and mature operation. He/she will perform both management and shopfloor operations activities, as described in the following functions:Define, fulfil, follow and evaluate the control KPIs (Operative and Economic),
Coordinate construction and start of production processes, as well as the following operation phase of the plant. Comply with the different milestones of the Project in time, dates, quality, budget and form.
Coordinate, manage and give support to all people in charge, easing and following the completion of their responsibilities.
Support production team in shopfloor operations with a practical approach, ensuring the productivity, availability and performance of the plant.
Collaborate with the shareholders in the market development of the company, keeping a constant communication and coordination.
Analyse different training requirements and knowledge management in each individual area of the company, to maximise the adequation of the profiles of the people to the job they develop.
Be responsible of putting in place a culture of safety and procedures and ensure its compliance. Comply (and enforce) all established standards in the company in all levels (quality, environment, health and safety, ethic code, etc.)
Ensure an optimal status of the plant in terms of order and cleanliness.


To perform the functions of the position satisfactorily, the selected profile must meet at least the following requirements:Technical formation: Msc, bachelor, degree or technical Engineering.
Desirable, PMP certification (or similar), or MBA.
Minimum experience of 5 years in technical management positions related to circular economy, or similar industries, managing human team.
Technical knowledge and use of production process and applicable systems (cement, fillers, ecoaggregates, ashes management, etc).
Experience/knowledge on construction, development, start of production and operation of Projects related to circular economy, or similar.
Leadership and people management capacity.
Communication skills: Capacity of negotiation, influence and commercial skills.
Autonomy, pro-activity and resilience.
Strategic/business vision.
Willing to travel abroad occasionally (EU and UK).
