Funciones

The Digital Officer is accountable for maximising the operational performance (collection level, customer satisfaction and compliance level) of the digital systems (customer portal, chatbot, voicebot, IVR…). In his secondary role of Innovation Relay, he helps the company being an innovative place by facilitating the emergence, evaluation and tests of ideas.

    2.  Key Accountabilities
    • Define and execute the digital operation strategy in the country/countries in his perimeter and apply the necessary actions in coordination with local Collection Strategy Manager, in accordance with the Group strategy set by the Digital Performance Manager
    • Monitor the digital operation strategy adherence and progress of the country
    • Analyse, Monitor and Report country digital performance (traffic, conversion, cash collection…)
    • Drive Digital Adoption of promote #digitalbydefault by being the main point of contact for digital for the country
    • Participate to local operations steering committees, presenting digital figures and action plan proposal
    • Work with Contact Center of Excellence to ensure a proper execution of contact campaigns, monitor campaigns performance and propose adjustments
    • Configuration expert of the digital solutions, the Digital Officer manages the translations and configuration of the digital solutions
    • Participate to digital solution implementation with the Market Deployment Officer, especially by helping in the local coordination or by running the local test phases (Non-Regression Tests or User Acceptance Tests)
    • Identify, propose and execute web-marketing actions (SEO, SEA, SMO, Retargeting, e-reputation, newsletters…) in coordination with Group Communication and the local Communication Officer
    • Assist the Digital Customer Experience Manager in evaluating the digital solutions business requirements against local specificities
    • Ensure local employees training and awareness on digital solutions, participate to spreading a digital and innovation culture
    • As an Innovation Relay, help the Innovation team by managing local Watch and Ideation activities, but also by managing or participating to local Proof of Concepts, and by conducting customer knowledge initiatives
