This position provides an exciting opportunity for ambitious candidates that excel in business development and relationship building in a B2C context. This position works in collaboration with the IE Admissions, Marketing, Alumni and Career Departments centralized in Madrid, Spain representing IE University and its 5 Schools.

Key Actions Areas:
-Develop and drive recruitment strategies for IE’s Undergraduate, Master’s degree and Executive Education programs in Mexico.
- Oversee the creation and execution of innovative marketing strategies and campaigns to drive IE’s brand, and generate leads and student enrollment in Mexico.
- Plan and execute both large and small-scale recruitment events.
- Analyze sales results to generate growth solutions.
- Contribute to the overall corporate relations strategy for Mexico. Foster and maintain meaningful relationships with corporations.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with local and global organizations, universities and manage all related partnerships.


- Master’s Degree from a top University.
- Business-level English and proficiency in Spanish.
- At least 3 to 5 years of business development, marketing, sales and/or communications experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Mexican market.
- Ability to work collaboratively with several different stakeholders to deliver existing services and co-create new ones. Being able to work autonomously is also important, but the work style at IE is primarily a team-based environment.
- Excellent communicator and networker. Demonstrated poise and professionalism interacting with professionals ranging from junior to executive profiles, and from diverse backgrounds.
- Capability to work with tight deadlines, multi-task and navigate an entrepreneurial culture.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Solution-oriented and a positive/can-do attitude.
- Flexibility and ability to travel throughout Mexico and to headquarters in Madrid as required. The position is based in Mexico City.
