Funciones

The primary responsibility for this position is to oversee admissions and operational strategies for different programs to drive revenue, increase engagement, and lead a team that will execute admissions and operational actions with a transversal program portfolio.

The Director must be able to evaluate the potential of all the programs that are included within the field of IE Exponential Learning. This person together with the Academic and Admissions team will be supporting the definition, implementation, and evaluation of the admissions and sales strategy of a transversal portfolio consisting of face-to-face and online programs, in order to reach the economic objective (net income) for each product on the portfolio. 
The Director must be an advocate of technology usage to manage the candidate experience, and ensure their team is using the institutional tools provided to effectively manage the recruitment process, and market development actions generally.

Key Action Areas: 

• Develop strategies that ensure success in attracting and recruiting high caliber domestic, international, and national students while working closely with the rest of the admissions team, international development, marketing and faculty in addressing outreach and recruitment issues. 
• Support the implementation of the action plan and propose next objectives and commercial/marketing actions. 
• Lead the admissions process and follow-up with prospective students, ensuring the smooth running of the process. 
• Follow up and support analysis of the sales’ results to propose growth solutions. 
• Plan admissions’ events for prospective students. 
• Assist with the planning, editing and review of marketing materials such as brochures, a compelling web presence a and content to facilitate prospective students and applicants’ interaction.
• Build brand identity nationally and internationally.

Requisitos

Requirements: 

• Master’s degree from a top University. 
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Must exhibit outstanding communication skills, strong teamwork capability and a positive customer-oriented style. 
• Must be a visionary problem solver and change agent. 
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
• Must be able to manage resources effectively and efficiently.
