After another exciting year of growth for Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, we now have some great opportunities for Dispatchers to join our Ground Operations Team on a part time Fixed Term contract.
Reporting to the Station Controller, the Dispatcher is responsible for the dispatch of all Jet2.com aircraft in compliance with Company and legal requirements. Situated at the heart of the operation, the Dispatcher is responsible for effective communication with all Teams involved with the aircraft departure. As the Dispatcher, you will play an important role in ensuring the effective coordination of all Jet2.com dispatch and load control operations. You will be an ambassador for our safety first culture, ensuring you drive the culture through every aspect of your work. This is a vital role supporting the business to deliver our on time performance targets and a VIP service to all customers.

Requisitos

The successful candidates must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly and accurately assess situations. You will demonstrate a high degree of personal effectiveness in managing your own workload and confidently taking responsibility for decision making. You will ideally have previous Turnaround Supervisory experience, although this is not essential. You must hold a full Driving License.
