A well-known hotel company with a national and europe presence, it is looking for booking agents with bilingual Dutch and high English to be part of its project.

-Reply to emails and calls from customers
-Manage the reservation of rooms
-Provide information about the hotels and services of the Company


Perfil del candidato

- Bilingual level of Dutch
- High level of English
- Previous experience working as advisor or customer service

- Residency in Spain 
- In the change of staff after 6 months, possibility of change of residence to Madrid


Oferta de empleo

Salary: 10,96€ Gross/Hour, paid per hour worked

Working day 40 hours/week, call center time slot between 8am and 00pm, rotating shifts included in this time slot, working two weekends per month

Contract initially of 3 months through Page Personnel, which is extended up to 6 months with later option of incorporation into the staff, in this moment, you are going to be able to move to Madrid
Telework, profiles who live in Madrid, return when there is a date to the offices in Zurbano

Delivery of material by the client: profiles in Madrid, collected at the hotel booking centre, for profiles living outside Madrid, the client will send the material (cost is assumed by the candidate)
Online initial training 2 weeks paid and non-selective via TEAMS

Requisitos

- Bilingual level of Dutch
- High level of English
- Previous experience working as advisor or customer service
