Funciones

Working under the supervision of the Head of Business Development, the eCommerce Specialist will be appointed to develop, drive and grow sales with Amazon(both Seller FBA and Vendor) and other Online key accounts. The eCommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing media and overall appearance of product listings/pages, for the creation and editing of content with search engine visibility in mind, as well as the contact and set up of new key online customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Daily task management of eCommerce department. Including but not limited to: invoicing, keeping track of online sales, and other such tasks.
* Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement and provide analytic reports of online sales
* Analyze content and product pages to identify potential improvements
* Lead generation and penetration of new potential online customers
* Take care of sponsored products marketing and advertising, as well as all e-commerce inventory-related duties
* Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
* Provide customer service support to all E-commerce customers, process returns or customer requests immediately to drive high customer satisfaction 
* Review results and make ongoing adjustments as needed to maximize profitability 
* Support with the creation and execution of the online sales plan
* Keep current knowledge of online trends

Requisitos

The candidate must have the following attributes
* Passionate: the candidate must show genuine interest in the topics dealt with
* Highly organized
* Team-oriented player with positive and winning attitude
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and adhere to deadlines
* Exceptional knowledge of computer, particularly of Excel
* Previous experience with merchandising e-commerce/digital marketing experience
* Previous experience with Amazon Marketplace is a HUGE PLUS.
* Excellent written communication skills to improve online customer satisfaction
* Highly-motivated, professional who wants to manage a channel, drive ROI, and grow professionally.
* Attention to detail
* Perfect English spoken and written, a second language will be considered as an asset 
* Fast learner
