Our client is an important player in the E-payment Solution service market. They facilitate payment service for restaurants and stores all over the world. Here, from their office in the city-center of Barcelona, they provide service to their customers once they have problems with their credit/debit cards. 

For their customer service team, they are looking for enthusiastic candidates who want to contribute to the customer satisfaction.  

As an E-payment Solutions Consultant, your responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers over the phone or by e-mail from restaurants or stores having a problem with payments (B2B) 
- Giving advice and providing your customers with solutions and if needed send them through to the right solution center
- Maintaining a good relationship with your customers
- Making sure that the all the questions and incidents are solved and documented

Requisitos

Key Languages:
- Native level of Dutch or Flemish
- Good level of English 

Core Skills/Experience:
- Good communication skills
- Team Player
- Able to express ideas in a coherent and concise manner 
- A positive and professional attitude 
- Motivation to contribute to customer satisfaction and their success
