Funciones

Our client, one of the most famous fashion brands, is currently searching for an Ecommerce Implant for a 4 months temporary project. The ideal candidate will be in charge of all the ecommerce and Digital Marketing activity with all the Etailers across the EMEA.


Description

* Launch and lead the Ecommerce Projects: UX and design improvements on website, new dedicated customer service lines, new packaging, new Return Policy, Email Marketing improvements, CRM Project, Improvements in the App, etc.
 * Follow up the different KPIs (traffic, CR, etc) and achieve the corresponding results.
 * Generate traffic through different online channels, analyse results & optimise them to advice external stakeholders on new steps: SEO, SEM, Email, Social Media
 * Manage external stakeholders: ecommerce, SEO-SEM provider, Email Marketing, etc.
 * Define a Plan per Country based on results: Banners, Campaigns, Email Calendar, etc
 * Work together with internal stakeholder to run the online business: he/she will be the main point of contact
 * Manage the digital marketing activity of the main Etailers (Amazon and Zalando) in each country
 * Manage the Blog: content optimisation and traffic generation
 * Enhance Customer Experience with the help of the Operations department and external provider: deliveries, return policy, etc


Profile

The ideal candidate will have at least:

 * 3-5 years experience in ecommerce management, ideally with an international scope
 * Excellent English written and spoken skills
 * Strong project management skills and experience
 * Experience in analysing ecommerce data, produce insights and make the corresponding operational changes accordingly.
