MANPOWER TEAM is looking to incorporate for multinational company located in the Alcobendas area, leader in its sector, we are looking for an Engineer - Customer Support (H/M). Responsibilities - Act as a technical focal point for network problem resolution - Provide problem Root Cause Analysis at the network infrastructure and application level and produce detailed technical reports that include root cause, next steps, and recommendations for corrective and preventive actions - Provide Software Referrals to address critical problems identified across install base - Review and analyze trends and work with the High Touch Operations Manager (HTOM) in providing quarterly reports detailing corrective action plans, and other actions planned for the next quarter. - Successfully manage customer relationship - Provide remote or onsite deployment support. - Support Services on their customer accounts.
Fundamental Requirements: - Typically requires university degree equivalent plus 5+ years of experience in network engineering or telecommunications support environment - Advanced knowledge of Routing and Switching - Advanced knowledge of: Voice/Video - Good Knowledge of Data Center, Wireless,Security - Effective Troubleshooting and Analytical skills - Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish both verbally and in writing - CCNP or knowledge equivalent - Experience in designing, deploying or supporting - Operation and configuration of data center and network devices
Is Offered - long-term temporary contract: 12 months with possible extension - salary to negotiate - Full time from Monday to Friday - immediate incorporation
