We are looking for a self-motivated and talented Communications Analyst. In this position, you will be in charge of producing high-quality content that engages customers.

* Set up the Communication Calendar, gathering input from different stakeholders globally, regionally and locally.

 * Produce ad hoc and standard communication pieces, in accordance to the briefing provided by the relevant stakeholders; align the communication approach and style of customer communication assets across the organization.

 * Manage and validate the translations of customer communication assets and pieces.

 * Publish the customer communication assets and pieces in the relevant customer touchpoints.

 * Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner.


Perfil del candidato

* A Bachelor's degree in communication, journalism, public relations or relevant field.

 

 * You have work experience in a similar role will be an asset.

 

 * You have experience in management of editing software for videos and other of audio-visual materials, including videos, images, illustrations, etc.

 

 * You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

 

 * You can build collaborative relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders, both internal and external.

 

 * You can perform under pressure and within variable working hours and schedules.

 

 * You are fluent in English; knowledge of other languages would be an asset.
