* Take ownership and initiative in responding to customer inquiries (via phone, chat, and email) * Taking ownership to solve any purchase order issues that prevent timely order entry with our Shared Services team * Working with the customer and sales to ensure accurate and clean purchase orders * Collaboration with our customer and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery/collection of goods * Prioritize workload to meet deadlines * Participate in and lead, where appropriate, customer reviews and internal meetings, including product training. * Participate in sales meetings, communicating any key information, priorities, or issues if necessary * Participate and contribute to process improvement projects, testing and training. * Support the business on specific ad hoc projects as needed
